It has been exciting here at HQ as I was invited to talk on BBC Radio and featured on Radio 4, Radio 5 Live and Radio West Midlands. I was lucky to get to speak about two subject very close to my heart that have been high profile in the news this week. Firstly I talked about the gender pay gap and the inequalities in the opportunities for women. You can read my post on this here. I also spoke briefly about my experience of Pregnancy Discrimination this is the full story.
